Achievements

SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENTS (2012-13)

Academic Achievements of class XII and X had been exceptionally overwhelming. The school achieved 100% results with outstanding scores in all three streams Arts, Science and Commerce. In class X 19 students secured 10 CGPA and they have been awarded Certificates of Merit by CBSE. Our students’ achievements in Competitive Exams 2012 have been exemplary with 2 selections in IIT, 3 in AIEEE, 17 in CPT and 2 in NTSE.
Sachin Goyal (X) stood I and was awarded a cash prize of Rs.71, 000 in the state level Bhaskar Genius Scholarship Examination conducted by Dainik Bhaskar Group and Parle- G. Bhuwan Sharma (VIII) stood I and got selected for National Level Moral Singing Competition conducted by Akhil Bhartiya Anuvrat Nyas. Sahil Mantri (X) and Akshay Singh Gehlot (X) stood first and bagged trophy with a cash prize of Rs.5000 in Quiz organized by Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls Public School, Jodhpur.
Ali Asgar Nabi(VII ) and Arpit Menaria (VIII ) played up to the final round of Bournvita Quiz by Derek O’Brien and Associates. Our school stood I in Inter-school Patriotic Song and Dance Competition organized by Sarv Dharm Maitri Sangh.
Our school organized the 57th District Level Cricket Tournament. Under-16 category team of our school was Runner Up and Divyanshu Singhvi (X) declared “Man of The Tournament.” Akshita Paliwal (XI) was qualified for National Level Swimming Competition.
In Inter-School English Debate Competition organized by Pacific College, Udaipur, Yashraj Singh Choudhary (XII) and Natasha Sharma (XII) secured I and II position. Chhavi Goyal (XII) stood I in Hindi Debate Competition.
Raghvendra Singh Chouhan (X) and Natasha Sharma (XII) stood first in English Debate Competition organized by Central Public School,Udaipur.
Abbas Ali Pansary, Sachin Goyal and Sahil Mantri (X) secured 17th and 27th position respectively at International Level in 15th National Science Olympiad (NSO). Ujjwal Soni (VII) and Sudarshan Mehta (VII) secured 8th and 22nd position respectively at International Level in 6th International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation(SOF), New Delhi.

SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENTS (2013-14)

To begin with academics and achievements Class XII and X results had been 100% with outstanding scores in all three streams Arts, Science and Commerce. Khushboo Laddha of XII Commerce received Certificate of Merit from CBSE for her excellent performance in 0.1% Mathematics and Accountancy at AISSCE. In class X 21 students secured 10 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) for which 11 received Amul Vidya Shree Awards and 3 class XII achievers received Amul Vidya Bhushan Awards conferred by Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. Our students achievements in Competitive Exams 2013 have been exemplary with 25 selections in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), 19 in Common Proficiency Test (CPT), 1 in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), 5 in National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance (NEET), 2 in National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) and 2 in State Science Talent Search Examination (SSTSE).
Yash Joshi of XII carved a niche by securing I position at National Level in International Earth Science Olympiad organized by Ministry of Earth Sciences and Geological Society of India, Bengluru. Yash Joshi of XII and Akshay Singh Gehlot of XI represented Udaipur region in Career Launcher Young India Challenge Quiz at New Delhi and bagged First Runner-up position.
In the National Level Children Science Congress Poster Making Competition on the topic “Solar Water cum Room Heater’’ Shefali Sethia, Hinal Seth and Tanishka Tirgar bagged II position. In National Dance, Drama and Vocal Olympiad Shivangi Soni of X secured I position in senior Kathak organized by Akhil Bhartiya Sangh Sansthan at Pune.
Prakram Singh Chawra and Ahad Sanwari of XI bagged I and II position in English Debate Competition at Pacific College. Azhar Ali Khaked of X secured II position in English Debate organized by Seedling Modern Public School. Once again Ahad and Azhar bagged I and III position in English Debate at St. Gregorios College where Yash Joshi and Khushal Choudhary of XII also secured I position in Quiz. Devang Jain and Sudarshan Mehta of VIII secured 2nd and 10th position respectively in 13th National Cyber Olympiad (NCO), Anushrav Jain of IX bagged 13th rank at the state level in 16th National Science Olympiad (NSO), Devang Jain of VIII secured 4th position in 7th International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) and Ahad Sanwari stood 2nd as per state ranking in 4th International English Olympiad (IEO), conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), New Delhi.
In Inter-School Hindi Debate Competition organized by Matra Mangal Trust, Siddhi Bathia and Gulnaz Rasiya of IX secured I and II position. Nisha Charan and Manisha Rathore of XI were felicitated with Gargi Award by Rajasthan Board Secondary Education (RBSE). 3 students, Katyaoni Mukherjee, Neha Saxena and Jatin Sharma have been awarded Cultural Talent Search Scholarship for Vocal Music. 3 students had qualified for finals of Young Genius Physics Tournament.
In NCC combined Annual Training Camp at Udaipur 21 girl cadets bagged 4 Gold, 19 Silver and 1 bronze medal in various events. Ayushi Jain and Vaibhavi Sarnot were selected for Pre-Thal Sainik Camp held at Jodhpur. 5 girl cadets participated in 1st National NCC Sports Tournament organized by Delhi Directorate. In NCC Boys Camp at Udaipur Dhanu Vashistha of IX secured I position in Shooting.
193 students participated in various sports events, 26 of them were selected for state and 3 for nationals.
Our school was conferred with Best Educational Institution Award by Bhaskar and Vedanta ‘Khushi’ on September 5th, 2013. Maharana Mewar Public School touched foreign shores with a visit to UK. 14 students with the Principal and HM (Maharana Mewar Vidya Mandir) and Art Teacher visited the renowned places like Eton, Oxford, Windsor Castle etc in England.
