The prime activities of all religious trusts is the preservation and maintenance of the temples, the continuity of traditional pujas, rituals and ceremonies and to promote all religious and spiritual activities associated with the temples.

Besides, the Shri Mewar Shiv Shakti Peeth Fund has a specific charter of activities as follows:

Parvarish means to nurture livelihood. It takes care of retainers and elderly staff members of the religious trusts, providing them with pensions and other benefits so as to sustain themselves under considerate circumstances.

Donations have a much wider social network. Generous financial assistance in the form of donations is given to wide ranging activities such as assistance to infirm and handicapped people, educational institutions, cultural institutions, writers and poets, sportspersons and many more.

Scholarships are awarded to school and university students to facilitate further education.
